Learn to Listen: a powerful, free webinar for team leaders

“The challenge with leading high-performing teams in today’s fast-paced society is that we all expect things to happen immediately,” says Ginty Chalk, change leadership specialist at BMGI. “Not in a few minutes, not tomorrow, but now. Because of this, we often don’t take the time to listen or question effectively.”

In our next free webinar, The Benefits of Effective Listening, Questioning and Coaching Skills, Ginty will teach team leaders how to use these skills to get the best results out of their team members.

“It’s only when you and your team members start speaking the same language that you’ll bring out the best in one another,” says Ginty. “That’s when you’ll unleash the true power of teamwork and transform your efforts into industry-topping results.”

Register for the free webinar, happening at 1pm CAT on Tuesday May 20, here.
